Abstract
The digital transformation of higher education actualizes the development of management mechanisms that integrate learning analytics into the educational process. The study presented in the article is devoted to the design and testing of a management framework based on learning analytics, aimed at improving the effectiveness of mastering mathematical and informatics disciplines by university students. The aim of the study is to substantiate the architecture of the management framework and assess its impact on educational outcomes through a pedagogical experiment. The methodological basis consisted of a systematic approach to the design of educational systems, methods of statistical analysis and expert assessments. The empirical base covers data from 156 students of economic training programs, recorded during the spring semester of 2025. The management framework includes modules for data collection from LMS, progress visualization, predictive analytics, and generation of management recommendations for teachers. The results demonstrate a statistically significant improvement in academic performance: the average score increased from 3.42 to 3.89 (p < 0.01), the proportion of students in the “at-risk” category decreased by 34.2 %. The rate of recommendation usage by teachers was 71.8 %, indicating the demand for the tool. The practical significance lies in the possibility of scaling the proposed architecture to various subject areas, which corresponds to the tasks of digital transformation of Russian higher education.
