Статья представляет собой обзор зарубежных публикаций, посвященных использованию социальных роботов в жизни современных детей, растущих в окружении информационных технологий. Рассмотрены аспекты взаимодействия детей с социальными роботами с позиций когнитивного, социально-эмоционального и морально-поведенческого развития детей. Рассмотрены недостатки, существующие в нынешней организации взаимодействия производителей интернет-игрушек и программного обеспечения с потребителями их продукции. Приведены рекомендации потребительских ассоциаций Евросоюза и США относительно интернет-игрушек.

The article is an overview of foreign publications on the use of social robots in the lives of modern children, growing in the environment of information technologies. The aspects of interaction of children with social robots from the standpoint of cognitive, socio-emotional and moralbehavioral development of children are considered. The shortcomings existing in the current organization of interaction between manufacturers of connected toys and software providers with consumers of their products are considered. The recommendations of consumer associations of the European Union and the United States concerning connected toys are presented.
