Вместе с тем за последнее время происходят существенные изменения в технологической сфере, которые затрагивают и область образования. Важнейшим направлением развития является «Smart education and e-learning», возможности которого интенсивно изучаются во всем мире. Технологическая платформа этого направления - информационно-когнитивные технологии, представляющие собой конвергенцию информационных и когнитивных технологий.
Information technologies has become an integral part of our life and education. Traditionally these technologies are mastered in the general course of informatics and are used in the study of a wide range of disciplines, both in the main and in higher education. At the same time, in recent years there have been significant changes in the technological sphere, which affect the field of education. The most important direction of development is the direction "Smart education and e-learning", the possibilities of which are being intensively studied all over the world.
